We are now home after an amazing few days on the latest Eurotour. Superb organization from John Fuggles and Roger Burgess, great driving roads, exceptional scenery and some interesting tours, particularly the museum. Here’s a (large) selection of pictures from the tour.

LOL I won’t be bringing the GTR that’s for sure as I have seen what the Welsh birds are like – crapping all over anything !!!
Looks like I may not be going due to incompetence by the sales guys (again) :love:7 years, 4 months agoAnonymousInactive#106210
After a week in the sun – to make up for a week in the car – I should know more about my car later this week. To be honest I’ve not rushed or chased them as I’ve been busy with work but the parts are already on their way so hopefully more news soon.
As for post-tour updates Roger did send an email about photos and I will be following up with an email soon.
Overall THANK YOU to everyone who came on this year’s tour. What an amazing event (even if I do say so myself). So many highlights that even one little low light (high in the mountains) can’t spoil :)7 years, 4 months agoAnonymousInactive#106282

I just love the name of that Pass. A perfect place to have a problem.

Oh, just received the Sanef August invoice.
This month 68.20. :(
The tolls might be adding up to a sum in excess of the wine bill.:eek:7 years, 3 months agoAnonymousInactive#107097
Jack, my bill is over E100! The same toll shows E28 for the Fri and Sat which seems a bit strange.7 years, 3 months ago

Perhaps it’s because we went round in circles so many times.
Bills to date are:

Daz, the bill is for the previous month, the bill you have received covered the outward journey in June. The one Jack and I are discussing will be arriving and it covers the return journey into France in July. The tolls are a bit steep, how they can justify 28 for a short stretch of motorway is beyond me. As I said in my previous post I have been charged 28 for a toll on the Fri and again on the Sat for the same stretch of road. I’ll print of my bill so the rest of you can see if I’ve been incorrectly charged.7 years, 3 months ago
We have just received our August bill (for travel in July) as well. So our bills have been:-

I received the bill for June in July and for July in August … I don’t know why Jack has received three bills as I have only received two and I went to the N24 as well in May? Jack, did you do any other travelling across France in May?
Barry, you have definitely been charged twice as here are my June & July toll statements, and that includes driving back across France to get to the ‘Ring:

The first bill that Jack has and I have in June is the account set up bill where you pay for the tag etc. I’ve paid about E175 to travel down France and back again in toll charges, it would have been cheaper to fly!7 years, 3 months ago
Use the Contact Us link and complain that they have double charged you. May get nowhere but if you don’t buy a ticket …7 years, 3 months ago

Yes Barry, I didn’t make myself clear and referred to Invoice received dates.
So to clarify with Invoice dates:
April 40.14 Set up charges only
May No Invoice
June 48.13 Travel
July 68.20 Travel
Whatever, it’s a bummer that you’ve been stung.
Mine appear to be OK but I’ll check again.
BTW, how do you attach PDFs to the forum? I failed to be able to show my Invoices.
