I think I know what’s happened, at the same time I also ordered a Japshow ticket. I now have the ticket for Tunerfest in my pending section marked as unpaid so I’m going to pay for it ASAP and hopefully the Japshow ticket will turn up in due course.

Yes I must say a BIG thank you to “James” who worked for Brands Hatch and who when he heard my sorry tale gave me a ticket and parking tag without hesitation, mind you mentioning Kriss’s name did help.
